Project Manager for Infrastructure

Therefore we are seeking Project Managers interested in an exciting challenge.
Professional qualification
- Experience in structuring and managing large and mid-size projects/reference projects (commercial and residential buildings/sports buildings)
- On-site crisis management experience for large-scale projects
- Experience in managing building sites (Site Manager) and/or a team of planners (Project Manager)
- Architectural understanding (implementation of design plans) and, if required, management of a team of planners if Implenia is responsible for design
- Technical understanding of all branches of the building trade/experience in combining such diverse branches and handling any corresponding interfaces
- Sound managerial and calculative skills
- Managerial and project management experience (on international teams is a plus) and in selecting and managing subcontractors
Personal qualification
- Independent and dynamic person with the ability to think in a very entrepreneurial manner
- Ability to reason in an interdisciplinary, networked way
- Not afraid of making decisions
- Sound understanding of cultural distinctions
- Negotiating skills at various levels (builder, subcontractors)
- Willing to be engaged for 2-3 years in Russia and/or the Middle East
- Business fluent in German and English, other languages (such as Russian) are a plus
- International experience is an advantage
