(male or female).
For these challenging tasks you must have (among others)
- Education as an architect or structural engineer with further business training Technical qualifications
- Management experience
- 5 – 10 years of experience in the planning and implementation of demanding and large construction projects in the highly segmented building construction industry or as cost manager and/or construction costs planner
- Negotiation skills and an eye for opportunities
- Experience in similar projects abroad and with international contract conditions are an advantage
You are
- enthusiastic about and motivated by unusual tasks and challenges
- very independent, with entrepreneurial thinking
- happy to make decisions and assertive
- an individual thinker capable of working on a team
- capable of negotiations in English and German (other languages would be ad-vantageous, e.g. Russian)
- willing to work for a longer period (2-3 years or more) abroad (Russian, Middle East)
