Project Manager for Infrastructure

Therefore we are seeking Project Managers interested in an exciting challenge.
Professional qualification
- Experience in structuring and managing very large and complex projects/reference projects
- On-site crisis management experience for large-scale projects
- Experience in planning (Project Manager) and managing (Site Manager) infrastructure buildings
- Technical understanding of all branches of the building trade/experience in combining such diverse branches and handling any corresponding interfaces
- Sound managerial and calculative skills
- Managerial and project management experience (on international teams is a plus) and in selecting and managing subcontractors
Personal qualification
- Independent and dynamic person with the ability to think in a very entrepreneurial manner
- Ability to reason in an interdisciplinary, networked way
- Not afraid of making decisions
- Sound understanding of cultural distinctions
- Negotiating skills at various levels (builder, subcontractors)
- Willing to travel (at least 70%)
- Ideally, also willing to be engaged for 2-3 years in Russia/Central Eastern Europe and/or the Middle East
- Business fluent in German and English, other languages (such as Russian) are a plus
- International experience is an advantage

Your appointment will be based on a Swiss-expat employment contract and your principal job location will be Wallisellen. The commencement and duration of a possible foreign assignment will depend on the project in which you are involved.
